Closer Logistics ofrece el servicio de paquetería, reparto de última milla y On Demand Delivery tanto a empresas, como a plataformas logísticas con diferentes tipologías de entrega. Cuenta con capilaridad en todo el territorio nacional y más de 2000 empleados.
Actualmente, buscamos un Customer Service que brinde apoyo a nuestros clientes.
Funciones:
- Su principal misión es atender y ayudar a los clientes, resolviendo las consultas, incidencias y reclamaciones planteadas ya sea por teléfono y/o correo electrónico.
-Proporcionar a los clientes información relacionada a sus pedidos (paquetes)
- Ayudar al cliente en la navegación web.
- Colaboración con el departamento de operaciones para mejorar la calidad del reparto.
- Proponer soluciones beneficiosas tanto para el cliente como para la compañía.

Requisitos:
- Mínimo 1 año en puestos similares
- Buen manejo del paquete de Office
- Buena actitud y ganas de trabajar.
