The Content Manager is a Brand Management Role with the main objective to develop and maximize impact of activities, materials and communications through customer understand-ing. He/She will lead and coordinate the creation and optimization of valuable content across channels based on user experience and deep behavioral understanding to generate customer impact.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop content strategy aligned with Content Factory and Customer Experience Man-ager
  • Content development (brand & above brand, internal external), leveraging available in-formation to ensure bringing value-added omnichannel tools to our customers
  • Point of contact and follow-up with third parties
  • Define content tagging plan to optimize effectiveness of customer touch points journeys
  • Use content management systems to analyze impact and user’s engagement metrics
  • Owner of message definition aligned with Brand Lead conducting personalization of messages to specific segments and channels
  • Contribute to optimize the touchpoint journey

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and/or MBA degree
  • Spanish and English – both fluent written and spoken
  • Digital Marketing background and experience
  • Experience on Content Management roles within HealthCare
  • Customer facing experience within the health care system / pharmaceutical environment
