Funciones
a) Sales & Business Development:
• Strong customer focus: building and maintaining relationship with customers.
• Search of new targets and opportunities to develop new businesses.
• Manage the offers with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and profitability.
• Implement global business strategy to the branch as needed, including pricing strategy, cost structure, etc. to
ensure profitability.
• Co-responsible of budget and target KPIs planning, follow up and compliance.
• Regular review of deviations vs. budget and definition and implementation of necessary actions where needed and
build and maintain relations with key stakeholders.
• Create strategic partnership agreements with key local partners.

b) Human Resources management support:
• Coordinate and prepare the hiring processes plan in UK, and establish with HR Valencia a fluent communication
channel to optimize our efficiency in the hiring processes and due to the distance, reduce/eliminate travel fees,
skypes, etc.
• Stablish training processes and material for the future employees with Valencia Headquarter.

Requisitos del puesto

Automotive, railway and aeronautics sector knowledge.
Developed Comercial skills and experience using CRM systems.
Contacts with key players of the auto and rail sectors very appreciated.
English fluent.
Travel inside the Uk.
Engineering or similar.
5 years or more of professional experience.
