Rogamos a los solicitantes envíen CV al correo Job Summary The Channel Development Sales Manager is to execute a sales plan through the established channel partners and continually develop new partners to increased VIPColor label printer sales.
Duties, inclusive but not limited, are as follows.
identify suitable partners to join the VIPColor network; be the single point of contact to manage partner communications to build and strengthen relationships; create and generate leads in the responsible countries / regions; close deals by providing technical support, samples and/or solutions; attend/support reseller’s trade shows and sales meetings to drive business results.
Responsibilities Communicate with resellers to discuss sales opportunities and vertical markets suitable for the VIPColor label printers help them position products and highlight vertical market opportunities and successes.
Build a positive long term and trusting relationship with resellers to help to increase sales and maintain excellent partner relations.
Ability to demonstrate the products and troubleshoots the printer effectively; provide training to reseller’s reps on printer’s operation and applications.
Exhibit strong technical capabilities and understanding of the product; confident and comfortable in answering technical questions related to the operation of the printer and its related technology.
Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly sales forecast.
Work in concert with other departments (Service & Marketing) to ensure customer and partner requests and questions are handled in a timely manner.
Own all product / pricing questions and be the single point of contact to the reseller for guidance and direction regarding product information, pricing, presentations and technical support.
Strong understanding of the market and the competitors’ products, landscape and playing field.
Onboard, train and ramp up new partners.
Respond/acknowledge all correspondence within 24 hours either verbally or by email.
Document inquiry outcomes and solutions for accurate tracking and analysis to be used in the future, or by other departments as needed.
Complete assignments with an open, cooperative, positive, and team-oriented approach ·        Knowledgeable of Salesforce Application or other sales tracking platform ·        Perform any other duties as assigned   Requirements EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education At least 3-5 years of sales experience required; experience working through resellers is highly desirable Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian Proven track record of achieving sales quota Experience working with a lead generation process and CRM systems Ability to apply creative and persistent selling techniques to recruit and manage a portfolio of resellers Proactive troubleshooting, listening and solution seeking skills Self-driven, detailed oriented with a hands-on attitude Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving and growing environment, with a diverse group of professionals Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Good understanding and experience in digital marketing an added plus
