Since 2007, Pixie Services has been dedicated to the selection of SAP experts and IT profiles for our clients internationally. We have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris and Dublin.Being in constant growth, we're looking into adding expertise in terms of technologies and geographical markets. In that sense, we’re currently searching for a Business Development Manager ready to start building a new Business Unit specialised in SAP Tech profiles.The role is based in sunny Barcelona and the market targeted is the EMEA region.What are we looking for?A sales killer within the Cyber Security recruitment industry! We’re looking for a sales-oriented person to be in charge of the full sale cycle. You will be the one doing your own lead generation, hunting new clients, looking for the right consultant fitting your client requirement, signing deals and then doing the account management part.You should be motivated, proactive and a positive person.  Someone who enjoys negotiating with a lot of different stakeholders and create and nurture a professional network in the cyber security sector. The ideal candidate already has an experience within the recruitment industry and especially in recruiting Cyber security candidates. The role:Reporting directly to the two founders and directors of the company, you will be in charge of:Business development: Create, develop and manage new businesses and partnerships with potential clients.Contribute to build a strong sales offer in terms of SAP profils recruitment.Negotiate with your own clients from A to Z to offer the best quality service.Sourcing:Headhunt, proactively approach on professional social medias and job boards potential candidatesCreate a strong portfolio of SAP experts by offering THE perfect candidate experience all along the recruitment process and during all the duration of the project.Negotiate with your consultants all the terms of the mission according to their expectations.Account Management:Manage and create a strong business relationship with all your business partners: We don't do one shot, we build for the futureYou open an account, you manage everything, it will always be your client.Team ManagementRecruit your team of sales and sourcers.On boarding, mentoring and managingYour profile:English native or fluent level, mandatorySAP contract recruitment experience in an agency/staffing/consulting company is required.Strong sales-oriented mindsetStong interest in discovering and pursuing a professional career in the Staffing and recruiting industry.High motivation to achieve targets and jump outside of your comfort zoneWhat are we offering?The opportunity to work on a fresh new marketA complete autonomy in the management of your portfolio of clients and consultants and the possibility to make them grow without any limitations!All the tools you need to perform in our business.Concrete evolution possibilities inside the company Basic salary (Depending on experience) + extremely competitive commission structure (uncapped)Cool office in the city centre of BarcelonaInternational work environmentOnly candidates having a valid Spanish work permit, or a European citizenship would be considered for this role.
