About Four Seasons Hotel Madrid:

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, a collection of seven heritage buildings is ideally situated near the business district and close to Madrid’s major tourist attractions. A historical landmark redefining elegance, sophistication and urban luxury, located in Centro Canalejas Madrid.

After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is homing to 200 guest rooms including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, 2 restaurants and bars including an expansive roof terrace, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail.

The Role of Assistant Restaurant Manager (all day dining).

We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Assistant Restaurant Manager (all day dining) to join our team! Reporting into the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the daily Food and Beverage operation, for our All-Day Dining Restaurant and will create an exciting concept for our roof top restaurant, a cooperation with the 3 Michelin Star Chef Dani Garcia while ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.

Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our Food and Beverage team, being visible in the operation ensuring we are recognizing our guests and cultivating new guest relationships, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to plan and develop menus and wine lists, controlling expenses through effective planning, budgeting and purchasing decisions, policy making and inventory control, and ensuring our guests feel receive the highest levels of service excellence.

Our ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. You should have a wealth of Food and Beverage experience in luxury hotels, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences. Ideally you will also have experience of a new hotel or resort opening, and you must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
