A position as a Tooling Digital Aircraft Services Manager within Airbus Defence & Space in Barajas (Madrid). The successful applicant will join TASD department. Tasks & accountabilities The jobholder will be responsible for new digital service portfolio route to market development activities, has accountability of developing services value propositions to ensure success of all phases of service development lifecycle: service conception, definition launch and post-launch follow up. Leads complex stakeholder management to drive market test and development of services. A. Drives product portfolio development business lifecycle up to first contract, and ensures hands over products to commercial team. B. Leads definition of new digital services strategy, defines desirability, viability by animating a diverse stakeholder group (project manager in charge of feasibility, commercial, finance, contracts, marketing, CoC, experts). Drives definition of positioning, market testing, product development, go-to-market approach. C. Leads the products marketing activities: product definition, product positioning, pricing model and policy, unique selling position, market segmentation, distribution model and process, competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy and product messages and kits, sales guide and ensuring its market test. D. Defines and executes service development strategy, offer policy. E. Leads consistency in offering per military segment and tracks profitability with Finance and Commercial Departments. F. Organizes and animates internal and external forums for market testing in the frame of the Future Services Accelerator. Required skills We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Educated to a Master’s degree level (or equivalent) in commercial, finance, business, engineering or related field. Up for great entrepreneurial challenges, can do spirit You have proven experience in marketing, product management, commercial areas or customer services. Demonstrated customer orientation, experience in Services function is an advantage. You know how to steer and manage diverse stakeholders. Experience in IT industry is an advantage Dynamic personality who learns quickly with strong communication and analytical skills. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French, Spanish or German or other languages would be a plus.
