Tasks
Provide a high technical customer support for photovoltaic technology.
Responsible tasks includes answering customer technical issues by phone and i.e. emails and to provide support to other departments. The Technical Customer Support Representative is also responsible for using communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical installers and end customers of our client.
