Talent Care (H/F) pour rejoindre l’aventure Bruce en stage à Barcelone.
Directement en contact avec nos talents, vous serez l’un des moteurs de notre qualité de service ! Principales missions.
Répondre à nos talents via nos différents canaux de communication (téléphone, messagerie, mail).
Être l’interlocuteur.

Traiter les demandes de nos partenaires via notre outil informatique.
Faire remonter les demandes complexes et/ou problèmes aux personnes concernées tout en assurant un suivi.
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’usage de l’application (relevés d’heure talent, documents liés à la paie, documents administratifs) et les guider pour qu’ils deviennent autonomes.
Participer à la mise en place d’une organisation afin de garantir un customer service exceptionnel, en étant force de proposition.
