Generate user product insights Independently determine research needs scope manage and guide user research by leveraging internal and external research partners. Be up to date on the latest industry product news to apply to work and strategy.
Go-to-market strategy and planning Validate the market size and opportunity (e.g. active users revenue market size sales in units growth profit) as a key contributor. Use subject matter expertise in the field to identify opportunities in the market landscape. Collaborate with relevant teams to build supporting rationales hypotheses and visions. Understand the product and target audience develop product positioning to users and bring the products to the market. Develop and execute the go-to-market plan and messages for new products and features.
Manage campaign and programs Drive and manage medium to large-scale campaigns assets communications and programs to address user needs and team objectives and key results (OKRs). Drive evaluation and analysis of campaign performance for optimisation determine channels for reaching and engaging users and drive integrated channels to meet targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally Provide insights consult inform and act as a subject matter expert on product(s) or feature(s) to partners across teams locally and regionally.
We offer a 12-month project at a leading Tech company The work will be in hybrid format 2 days off-site and 3 days on-site
BA/BS degree preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in advertising consulting and/or marketing role.
Spanish and English fluency.
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop product strategy/positioning market insights and analyse campaign effectiveness/ROI.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing online and offline campaigns.
Experience in creating go to market plans.
Excellent project management negotiation and organisational skills.
Strategic thinking and thought leadership
Senior stakeholder cross-functional team management.
Self-driven motivated proactive and solution-focused with the ability to take initiative.
Ability to effectively operate in a dynamic fast-paced environment and to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience organising and pushing a program forward identifying a clear path for all parties and keeping the group on time and on goal.
Experience in managing agency/third parties relationships
