Responsibilities.
Work with Christian Bravery, the Art Director and the art team to shape and uphold vision for props, communicate it to the team, and set the tone for environmental storytelling with fresh ideas and technically solid execution.
Mentor, motivate, collaborate with, and guide Prop Artists; amplify their strengths, review their work on technical and aesthetic bases, and stay aware of their workloads Create (modeling, sculpting, and texturing) high-quality game-ready props Participation in iterative development and critical feedback loop with entire game development team, including regular gameplay tests Maintaining a high bar for excellence in processes, projects, deliverables, and communication You give us your skills, dedication and enthusiasm, and here’s what you get back.
