Our international client is looking for German Speaking Technical Support Agents, to support a Solar Panels project.
- Maintains the technical support and uses communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical installers and end customers.
- Provides first level technical support on several product. Ability to follow technical troubleshooting guides and technical knowledge to determine technical / procedural resolution or escalation path
- Other duties as may be required or assigned.
