Your missions :
- You will implement the sales strategy in your area (Great West of France).
- You will ensure the achievement of the sales targets defined for your area.
- You will analyze your territory and your market and identify development opportunities.
- You will organize your sales activities autonomously (prospecting, demonstrations, negotiations, visits, etc.).
- You will meet physically or virtually with your customers and strategic partners on a regular basis.
- You will maintain excellent relationships with existing customers.
- You will be responsible for the proper management of our CRM.
- You will collaborate effectively with your team and other departments.
- You will share your best practices with your colleagues and other teams in the Group in order to grow the business.
Requisitos del puesto
The candidate we are looking for:
- You have a track record of success in B2B sales or in the trucking industry.
- You have experience in selling SaaS solutions and supply chain.
- Your native language is French and you have an advanced level of Spanish and/or English.
- You have a strong ability to create your own pipeline and prospect.
- You are an expert in commercial negotiation and you are 100% results oriented.
- You are autonomous, positive and energetic. You have a strong team spirit.
- You are analytical and have problem solving skills.
- You have excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
- You are used to virtual sales and you are proficient with digital tools (Teams, Salesforce...).
- You are proficient with the Office package.
