We are looking for Customer Agents with an excellent level of German and English to work for an international insurance company based in the heart of Barcelona.
Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the center of Barcelona. They provide a complete insurance offering and travel assistance. You will become a global emergency response specialist, helping people from all over the world.
As Customer Agent your main responsibilities will be:
- You will receive inbound calls from clients and actively help with problem solving.
- You will know in detail the different type of insurance policies of our clients and apply the corresponding conditions in each case.
- You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring the clients have all the assistance and information they need.
Requisitos del puesto
You are the candidate we are looking for if:
- You have a high level of German and English.
- You have experience in customer service (plus).
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have a high sense of empathy and calm personality.
- You have availability to start working 8th of May.
