CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (F/M)

Are you ready to tell the Urban Campus story? Urban Campus is looking for a creative and analytical Content and Social Media Manager to support the Global Marketing Manager in effectively shaping the Urban Campus brand and story in the minds of customers and B2B partners, throughout Europe.
The position is based in Madrid and will report, to the Urban Campus Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a storyteller, creative mind, and relationship builder that can help us to effectively reach our audience to drive engagement and push our communications using a blend of owned, paid, and earned channels, (mainly Social media channels, Web, and Blog).
What you will do.
Content Marketing – Storytelling and impactful content creation.
Shape the entire communication and tone of voice.
We are a vibrant brand, let the world know! Identify and anticipate the types of content needed to establish the content marketing strategy throughout the different channels (IG, FB, Linkedin, TIK TOK, Blog, or something else? Let us know!) Plan a content calendar for our Social media and blog, aligned with our content and community strategy.
We have activities happening every day, make sure everyone not attending is having FOMO! Develop different creative content types that drive engagement and organic traffic (videos, posts, stories, articles, testimonials..) for our Social Media, web, and Blog.
Build a connection with our Social media audiences that inspires and engages Brand Marketing – know the consumer, know the brand.
Support the Marketing Manager and our external design team in the development of the global visual identity guidelines and required materials for Social media Brand guardian.
Ensure that all brand marketing materials are consistent throughout all communication channels and teams.
Support on spaces and campaign shootings Market research Conduct market and competitor research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, trends, and competition Generic tasks Undertake individual tasks of the marketing plan as assignedWe are looking for team players, with a very strong team spirit.

Master’s degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, or similarComplete fluency in English (Native speaker) and Spanish.
French would be a plusProven experience in copywriter and content production (2-3 years) in a fast-growing startup, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred.
