BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & ANALYTICS LEAD / BI & DATA ANALYTICS MANAGER

In a nutshell.
You are in charge of building analytics & insights to support the company’s business and strategy.
You have a unique transversal role and work with all teams of the company, who are your internal customers.
You will eventually build a team to support our growing needs.
How does your position contribute to the success of the Resilience project.
You lead the data-driven culture of the company, to ensure all teams are making decisions based on data.
You give full visibility to team leaders and executive committee members on the main metrics to drive the company’s strategy.
What’s your daily routine like.
You deliver business intelligence dashboards and insights You own the analytics vision and roadmap for the whole company, you participate in the choice and setup of the data visualization tool to support it You collect, challenge and prioritize the analytics needs from all departments You build and maintain the relevant viz & dashboards You work hand in hand with the data engineering team, for which you prioritize data preparation needs You are responsible for the deployment of analytics across all departments You work proactively with all teams and engage your colleagues by providing them with impactful insights You organize the analytics governance of the company, relying on data champions identified in each department You communicate widely and regularly on newly released metrics, viz and dashboards You regularly sync with members of the executive committee to understand how business intelligence can support the company’s strategy Your team A few members of your team.
Anne-Hélène, as Customer Care lead, is in charge of the deployment and expansion of our products within health providers partners.
She knows our products inside out and what our healthcare professionnals users need.
She is based in Biarritz, and the name of her two pets form the title of of a famous painting by Leonardo da Vinci.
Pierre, as Clinical Operations lead, handles the preparation and implementation of clinical studies to support our market access and development strategy.
He works both with internal customers (Medical team, Product team) and health providers on strategic projects.
When not at work, you will find him on a climbing wall or a theater track!  A few words on your manager Raphaëlle, our VP of Operations, was Resilience first employee after working in consulting and venture capital.
She moved from Paris to Barcelona in late to enjoy the sun and learn paddle surfing.
