B2B MARKETING ADVISOR WITH A NATIVE LEVEL OF GERMAN

Our client is looking for experienced candidates in telemarketing area who want to join to our client's Share Business Center Teams located in Cornellà. If you have a native level of German, a fluent level of English and have some experience-handling clients, this opportunity is made for you. Reporting directly to the Manager of the Shared Business Center who is in charge of the Telemarketing Campaigns, your main responsibilities will be to make outbound call to customers to identifying and qualifying sales opportunities (leads generations).
As a B2B Marketing Advisor:
- You will have to make outbound calls to customers to reactivate their interests to the product and solution object of the marketing campaigns.
- You will have to introduce to clients new products by phone and mailing them technical presentations and follow-up of them.
- You will have to detect and, as far as possible, promoting customer interest in the products introduced.
- You will have to support the sales division of the product by directly communication of the sales opportunities that are been detected.
- You will have to report all the actions carried out in each marketing campaign.
Requisitos del puesto
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a solid experience as a telemarketer or customer advisor in a B2B environment.
- You have a native level of German and a fluent level of English, a good level of Spanish it is a plus.
- You have a good knowledge of computer tools: Microsoft Office.
- You have an ability to work well independently as well as in a multicultural team. Also Customer Service, Communication and Clients Managing skills.
- You live in Barcelona.
- You have experience as a B2B Marketing Advisor - it would be a plus.
