Would you like to take part of one of the most exciting hospitality company of the island as a Agency Manager?
We are currently looking for an Agency Manager with agency experience who will work in a very big and important marketing company on the island.
What are the main responsabilities
- Help create and manage agency structures.
- Liaise with clients building and maintaining strong customer relationship by providing excellent customer service.
- Identify performance improvement areas and provide recommendations to the team.
- Communicate agency performance levels including areas of concern to the Director.
- Manage staff account hours of the agency, ensuring all hours are collated weekly by each team member.
- Create and manage client contracts.
- Coordinate and ensure monthly reports are sent to clients.
- Mange the accounts of the business by liaising with the accounts team to ensure we are invoicing on time and getting payments in good time.
- Manage budgets of each account to ensure any advertising is kept in the budgets allocated.
- Actively look for new clients.
- Co‐ordinate the agency schedule, appointments and travel arrangements. As well as organize meetings, greet clients and visitors to the office.
- Provide support to Director when needed.
- Manage the office operation including ordering anything that is needed including stationary, essentials for kitchen and bathrooms, water, maintenance or technical.

Skills and qualifications required:
- Agency experience
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
- Highly organised and results driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with great communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of English.
