*Business Development:
-Definition and execution of the strategy to ensure the growth of Life & Sciences Business Unit
-Business development of new and existing accounts 
-Writing technical and commercial proposals for the clients and negotiation of financial terms and closing offers

*Project Management:
-Managing a team of consultants (career progression review, training, etc.)
-Project follow-up, Risk assessment and Problem solving to ensure customer's satisfaction 
-Supervision of the profitability of the projects (P&L Management)
-Focal Point between the clients, the consultants and the Direction of ALTEN
-Active interaction with the Purchase, Financial and Legal Departments

*Human Resources
-Involved in all steps for the recruitment of the consultants (pre-screening until contract proposal)
-Interviewing candidates: evaluation of technical and soft skills
-Active interaction with the HR Department

- Support the Quality Investigations of the PFIZER McPherson Site as a Quality Expert

- Deviation and incidences management, CAPA management and Change Control evaluation
- Review/approval of Internal SOP, Batch Record revision and Material Approval
- Annual Product Quality Review and Complaints investigation
- Continuous improvement techniques and active problem solving and Root Cause analysis (6 sigma)
- Quality Risk Assessment
- Dosage forms: Injectable (Aseptic Filling) 

- Deviation management, CAPA management and Review/approval of Internal SOP
- Master Formula management and Batch Record revision
- Production department direct support and manufacturing Incidences management
- Usage of Problem Solving techniques (6 sigma methodologies)
- Dosage forms: Tablets, Sachets and Capsules 

- Deviation management, CAPA and Change Control management
- Internal Audit and External Audit to Suppliers
- Market Complaint Management and Annual Product Quality Review
- Internal SOP updating and Batch Record revision   
- Dosage forms: Injectable (Aseptic filling), Tablets, Sachets and Capsules
