WEU Consumer Insights Associate - Sanofi - Reading/EU Locations - Hybrid Position Overview.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consumer Insight Assistant.
The Consumer Insight Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the consumer insight team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing consumer data from various sources, including surveys, focus groups, market research reports, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the consumer insight team to develop research methodologies and data collection strategies.
Conduct data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide timely insights and recommendations.
Support in managing databases, repositories, and documentation related to consumer insights projects.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of consumer personas, segmentation models, and journey maps.
Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of consumer research activities, such as surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
Provide administrative support to the consumer insight team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
Previous experience (internship or entry-level position) in market research, consumer insights, or data analysis preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
SPSS is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is a plus.
Passion for understanding consumer behavior and driving business growth through insights.
