What you’ll do The Content Producer/ Editor manages the content demand pipeline and produces and/or edits content across relevant channels.
Optimising the content marketing journey in order to maximise reach and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
And plays a primary role in driving the optimisation of the overall behavioural measurement score (BMS) for brand consideration and channel experience.
Who you are * Responsible for developing and implementing content and content strategy, which includes crafting and curating customer-focused content, that supports and extends marketing or customer care initiatives, both short- and long-term; * Provides a strong understanding of our target audience and uses insights to adapt content messaging accordingly; * Identifies new content opportunities and ways to repurpose and integrate existing content across channels; * Optimises content, where relevant, with a search engine optimization (SEO) perspective; * Tracks and measures the success of various content strategies through the results of A/B testing and other metrics; * Plans, creates, edits and publishes content through channels whilst ensuring high quality and applying a deep understanding of the organization and the customers; * Conceptualises and enhances customer experience with a strong focus on improving customer service touch points through content marketing; * Ensures the content is relevant and on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all channels utilised for content marketing and/or customer care journeys; * Checks content for accuracy and ensures that it complies with guidelines, copyright and privacy regulations.
