TRANSLATOR - APPRENTICE/INTERN

Integrated within the Product Adoption team, in direct relation with all Splio entities and countries, and actively participating to internal meetings, the Product Adoption apprentice will have the following responsibilities.
• Translating educational resources from English to French, Italian and Spanish for Splio customers and employees on various formats.
recording videos, creating e-learning modules (using 360Learning), developing interactive content on Genially, writing product documentation on Zendesk • Gathering fields questions and comments to enrich our knowledge database • Contributing to define our platform wording You’ll be dealing with some of the following topics.
-email marketing -acquisition and customer loyalty -data management -mobile technology Locations.
-Apprenticeship.
