We are located in Barcelona, where the group was founded in 1977.In Vetpharma we are a highly qualified team.We have extensive experience in development, registration and marketing veterinary medicinal products, API’s and nutraceuticals.Global ResponsibilityCommercial responsibility of the Spanish market (B2B and B2C)Manage a group of customers across species to achieve designated sales target levels. Develop profitable business with new and existing customers.Business Development.Commercial responsibility of some additional international territories.Specific ResponsibilitiesPossess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets.In charge of sales expansion, new product/services introduction and organize visits to current and potential clients.Responsible of coordinating Rolling Forecast with customersSubmit short- and long-term sales plans.Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service.Monitoring and negotiation of agreements and contracts in coordination with Legal.Collaborate in search of suppliers and negotiate purchase terms of certain productsAccountabilitiesCompliance with the budget and the expected profitabilityVisit existing & new customers and countries.Monitoring current customers.Requirements and personal skillsEducation: University Degree (Veterinary desirable), Master in Business/Marketing is a plus.Languages: High level of Spanish and English is a must; knowledge of third languages is also a plus.Experience (yea/are): Minimum 5 years of experience managing veterinary pharmaceuticals with distributors and Key Accounts.Travels: Open to travel frequentlyPersonal skills: Results oriented, good communication and negotiation skills, sensitive to market evolution and business vision, teamwork, entrepreneurial, ethics.
