TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES .
Work with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand application details and requirements.
Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, system specifications, API documentation, and process workflows.
Translate complex software concepts and code into easy-to-understand text, diagrams, and charts.
Ensure technical documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Collaborate with the development team to improve documentation processes.
What will make you successful in this role? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with SAAS platforms.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand and explain complex software concepts and code.
Proficiency in using technical writing tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and documentation management systems.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SCHEDULE .
h -h from Monday to Friday (flexible) 1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.
