Our client is a leading independent technology and services provider that helps transform the way organizations manage their technology infrastructure. They are looking for Portuguese and French talent to join their team at their headquarters in Barcelona.
Tasks
Managing and assisting customer calls via phone, email, and chat
Have a daily follow-up with the users
Providing the best IT service to our clients to facilitate their work
Recording calls using their ticketing system
Contacting other departments to offer effective solutions to the clients
Developing customer satisfaction goals
Coordinating and communicating with your team and other departments
Requirements
Native level of Portuguese
Full professional level of French
Full professional level of English
1 year of experience in Customer Care, or similar roles
Based in Barcelona or close to
Strong motivation and skills in the IT field
You are honest and committed to your work
Creative in your solutions, and resilient to difficulties
Proactive, empathetic, and well-organized in handling workloads
Great communication, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills
