And on top of a great product, we’re building an extraordinary team of talented and passionate people.👥 With rockstar founders formerly in Google, Twitter, Yahoo, Stripe, and Jobandtalent; you’ll be working in a top team alongside the best in the business, from operations and finance to data and technology!👔 Job Title: Technical Support Specialist📍 Location: Barcelona/Madrid, Spain📝 Employment Type: Full-time🥷🏼 ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and effective technical support to our customers, solving their issues with urgency and precision.Master our product inside and out to efficiently troubleshoot problems and educate users, enhancing their overall experience.Use SQL queries to perform deep dives into customer data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user workflows through our AI platform.Liaise with the product and engineering teams to relay technical feedback and push for customer-focused features and improvements.Advocate for customer needs within the company, ensuring their input is integral to product development.Develop and refine technical documentation and support materials to aid in user education and problem resolution.🏅 RequirementsMust: 1+ years of experience in technical support, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.Must: Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.Must: fluency in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is desirable.
