TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADVISOR (DUTCH-SPEAKING) - ON-SITE - TECH INDUSTRY

In this dynamic role, youll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients products and/or services.

What you will do in this role As a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will.
- Support some of the clients’ products/services including wifi, laptops and wearables through email, phone and chat channels - Maintain client relationships through product support and troubleshooting - Respond to incoming calls, email and from end users - Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment and through a ticketing tool - Gather information from customers and advise on Google policies.

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch, and advanced level of English - Have familiarity/aptitude with networks (Proxy Settings, Routers, Internet Modems, Ethernet), Android Operating Systems and Online Apps - Have proficient PC skills - Are a team player and a quick learner - Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms) It will be a plus if you have.
- Six months or more experience in front-line technical customer service role - Associate degree preferred or equivalent job experience preferred - Familiarity with ticketing systems is preferred but not necessary If you feel you don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
