TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER II & III - GENAI

Job Summary Supports project planning and management for established initiatives within the company.
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifies and documents business requirements; and ensures that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.
  Skills/Abilities Needed The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, and experience in cloud computing platforms.
  M anage AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in AI and cloud implementations.
  Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, Azure, and Databricks technologies.
  Spearhead, plan, and coordinate a suite of cutting-edg e Generative AI projects to lead their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.
You will be responsible fo r working on one or more complex Generative AI projects, including project timeline, scope prioritization, cost, dependencies, and performance risks.
  Lead all aspects of the integration and effective use of generative AI and content-related technologies within the project scope.
  Coordinate RFP/RFI process with Sourcing partners for vendor/product selection, focusing on Generative AI technologies.
  Supervise project planning during discovery phases, ensuring a robust understanding of AI technologies and their business implications.
  Play a key role in bridging technical and business aspects of AI projects, ensuring that the scopes are feasible, aligned with technical capabilities' roadmap, market maturity, and targeted towards tangible business values.
  Preference of the latest experience in Generative AI/ LLM projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  Technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and experience working with AI vendors   Understanding of AI product management methodologies   Generative AI/ LLM certifications   Minimum Qualifications Technical Project Manager II Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience plus two (2) years’ relevant experience in project and process planning and management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Some knowledge of cross functional departmental processes preferred.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal skills with ability to effectively multi-task.
Comprehensive computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects.
Comprehensive presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  Technical Project Manager III Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience plus three to four (3 - 4) years’ relevant experience in project and process planning and management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Knowledge of cross functional departmental processes preferred.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively lead multiple projects.
Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal skills with ability to effectively multi-task.
Comprehensive computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects.
Comprehensive presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
