TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for a qualified Technical account manager to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. You will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.As a Technical account manager, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product and business knowledge to support the sales process and strengthen customer relationships.You will:Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processesEffectively manage client projects, starting with in depth analysis of the requirements to a finished implementation.Address all product-related queries on timeTrain customers to use products effectivelyCreate, configure and proceed with the activations of a new Game Provider, coordinating the launch with the Account Manager and Clients.Report on product performanceMaintain the customer account configuration and the products they subscribe to on time.Conduct testing and provide feedback and support to the Clients' Technical Team.Identify solutions to reduce support costsRun game checks on big wins.Liaise with the Product and Engineer team and coordinate with clients any technical communication.
