bout the roleThe role itself includes responsibility for supporting any technical issues while collaborating with the company customers, sales, associates, and the technology teams.
esponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd level support to all end-users with a customer focus spiritFollowing up with customers for support requests and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
upport systems like Apple, Windows, Linux, G Suite, Slack, or MS Office, amongst others, and the ability to train and support employees on their use.
anage access and identity management requests.
ssist with IT onboarding and training curriculum.
eeping an inventory of IT purchases and assets - creating/updating inventory records, assigning equipment to users, auditing inventory, performing decommissioning.
esign and execute projects to improve systems and operations.
orking closely with the facility and security teams to resolve security issues.
bout YouThe ideal candidate will not only identify problems but will come up with solutions and implement them.
The candidate will also have great technical and interpersonal skills, a great sense of responsibility, and the ability to create and maintain a network of corporate devices and assist internal and external with their support requests.
equirements to succeed2+ years of experience providing IT SupportFundamental IT skills – hardware, OS, applications, networking, security.
xperience using and managing a ticket-based enterprise workflow management system, particularly JIRA and other Atlassian products.
ood knowledge of Apple systems and software.
bility to independently manage and prioritize the workload.
undamental knowledge of IT procedures and security principles.
