TECH LEAD OF DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT PLATFORMS

Here at CORUS, we are looking for a Tech Lead of Digital Engagement Platforms for an international insurance project. This role requires a deep understanding of the MarTech landscape, technical requirements, and proficient knowledge in Customer Engagement Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Social Engagement platforms like Sprinklr.Location: Remote from Spain.Responsibilities and Duties:Oversee and direct the architectural design, development, deployment, documentation and maintenance of the systems and toolsConduct assessments, identify potential capabilities, and guide the implementation and integration of SFMC, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Sprinklr into our system architecture.Evaluate end-to-end use cases and workflows for optimal user experience and functionality.Ensure the platform aligns with industry best practices and meets organizational goals.Collaborate with the team to continuous improvement and innovation.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business needs and expectations.Stay up-to-date with the latest MarTech trends and technologies, recommending improvements where necessary.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in a technical role with a focus on system architecture, preferably in the MarTech industry.Proficient in architectural patterns and design principles.Deep understanding of SFMC, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Sprinklr.Experience in designing, building, and maintaining digital engagement platforms.English level: C1.What do we offer:Flexible remuneration and a personalized training plan.People-focused team.Dynamic work environment, with real possibilities for professional growth.International projects of high technological value.At CORUS we are very conscious of the importance of respecting diversity.
