very single day !   Summary    Participate in plant systems integration projects providing technical expertise Using their automation expertise to program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMI & SCADA & Instrumentation as well as train plant personnel on automation systems including IOT Solutions, ML and Robotics.
Specific Responsibilities.
Implement plant automation & Integration projects.
Provide technical leadership in the area of manufacturing automation.
Good Knowledge in   Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) SCADA & HMI RDBMS(SQL Server) PLC & Drives Motion control (Servo Drives configuration and solving).
Instrumentation and measurements.
Configuration of Manufacturing machines to AVEVA System Platform & Historian.
Good Knowledge in Industrial Protocols like Ethernet I/P, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, Profinet, Profibus and Control net.
Good Programming skills in Rockwell, Siemens Control system packages.
Provide technical leadership in the area of IOT, Industry 4.
, ML & AI.
Provide the technical leadership to implementation teams as needed.
Provide the technical expertise to the site to update the configurations of the systems.
Provide training and advanced troubleshooting to the site.
Establish and maintain close relationships with.
Plant Systems team, IT teams and  Operational Excellence teams   Basic Qualifications    Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering (Instrumentation/Mechatronics/Electronics), M.
ech /ME is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years experience with engineering, supply chain operations and/or IT Supply Chain required Experience in Industrial Automation Projects implementation using Rockwell / Siemens PLC’s or equivalent.
Knowledge of Industrial Network Communication protocols (Ethernet, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Profibus) Experience with Wonderware Industrial Automation software (SCADA (InTouch), Historian, Archestra) or an equivalent software required Ability to configure and test plant systems Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations core processes and plant floor equipment and instrumentation.
Preferred Qualifications    Experience in operations management.
Experience in systems configuration and maintenance.
Basic knowledge of SAP.
