About the Role IGT PlayDigital is looking for an experienced yet hands-on DevOps Team Lead able to thrive in a fast-growing business where change is constant.
Reporting to the DevOps Manager, you will have full ownership of organizing DevOps team and work flow.
As the critical interface between development and operations teams, you will be an evangelist for the DevOps culture.
What You'll Do Lead a team and organize work flow  Provide operational support to ensure the availability of business systems Manage and escalate risks and blockers Used to working in agile and Kanban methodologies Adhere to industry best practices on security, protecting our customer’s data and business IP Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes and practices   About You Pragmatic in your approach, and maintain perspective A good listener, and clear communicator At home in an agile environment A team player Able to evolve yourself as the business grows Worked in a web-based, high transaction business Technical enough to articulate complex concepts You accept ownership of business problems, ensuring outcomes/delivery across teams.
