Our clients include the most successful hedge funds, banks, and asset managers in the world! As a Talent Sourcer, you'll be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization.
Your primary responsibility will be to source and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is a must.
Knowledge of Spanish is not a business requirement.
Responsibilities.
Being involved in the intake meetings with Hiring Managers Collaborating on the development and implementation of an effective sourcing strategy Defining candidate personas in conjunction with the Talent Specialist and Hiring Manager Sourcing suitable candidates using a variety of channels and techniques Crafting and dispatching recruiting emails to potential candidates Scheduling the first interviews between candidates and Talent Specialists Drafting innovative strategies to research candidates through professional groups and networks Promoting our Employer Brand when interacting with candidates across platforms Building, documenting, and maintaining a talent pool to fulfill future hiring needs Monitoring and reporting on predefined sourcing metrics Following up on leads from employee referrals Contributing to some recruitment processes by managing the whole recruitment cycle Contributing to other ad hoc projects Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, education, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in HR.
Demonstrated affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques.
Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including ATS), and candidate management systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient computer skills.
Strong sales abilities.
Ability to effectively present roles and company culture to candidates.
Quick decision-making skills.

Following the onboarding period, we offer a hybrid work model, allowing for up to 2 days remote per week.
