The Talent Acquisition Candidate Experience Specialist (TACES) plays a pivotal role in delivering a world-class experience.
Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Vendors, Candidates, and HR Centers of Excellence (COE's), the TACES partners with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and streamlined processes from hire requests to creating a differentiated candidate interview experience.

This is a Remote position.
Eastern or Central time zones preferred.
What you will do.
·        Lead the requisition creation and approval process for North America (excluding production hourly) by receiving hiring request cases, gathering and inputting accurate data, utilizing multiple sources, and aligning job descriptions with the organization’s branding and standards.
·        Manage Service Now cases around recruiting inquiries, referral questions, audits and misc.
requests.
·        Partner with key stakeholders to schedule interviews for candidates by providing comprehensive support throughout the process, including interview scheduling and logistics, travel and expense coordination, and overall guidance for candidates.
·        Cultivate a partnership-centric approach to the candidate experience, fostering strong relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey.
·        Collaborate with Hiring Managers and interview teams to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to accurately evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
·        Proactively coach and guide stakeholders in complying with standard work processes, promoting diversity and inclusion, and continuously improving the experience.
·        Play a key role in execution of organizational hiring initiatives / projects and talent acquisition strategy.
·        Drive innovation and improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and implement new practices that align with partnership, agility, and exceptional candidate service.
·        Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ranging from general inquiries to complex challenges, by leveraging a thorough understanding of the organization's structure, HR internal processes, and relationships with vendors, managers, and HR teams.
What you will bring.
·        Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a similar role that emphasizes partnership and agility.
·        Attention to details, a passion for data accuracy/integrity, and proactive problem solving is required.
·        Proficiency in utilizing HR systems and tools, with previous experience in PeopleSoft, Taleo, SharePoint, Service Now or similar platforms.
·        Demonstrated agility and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and demands, with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
·        Superior customer service orientation, time management, and organizational skills to efficiently manage a high volume of candidate interactions.
·        Embraces a partnership mindset, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
