Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 17 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,4GW assets in operations and construction.Opdenergy is now looking for a Talent Acquisition & Branding Specialist to join our HR Team in Madrid. The selected candidate will be mainly responsible of owning talent processes, improving and carrying them out responding to the company need.What will you help withAnalyze hiring needs and selection criteria with the hiring managers for different positionsScreening CVs, interview candidates and identify competencies needed for specific positions or teamsPlan sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines to fill future rolesCarry out the onboarding process for the new hires to adapt quickly and effectivelyTaking part in projects related to employee experience and employer branding, diversity & inclusionConduct market research worldwide upon request, analyze results and reflect them in TA and employer branding activitiesTrain hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment procedures, best interview practices and approachesProposing and carry out employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talentCreating and executing campaigns across various channelsCollaborating with internal stakeholders, such as HR, marketing, and leadership, to ensure communication internallyWho you areFrom 1 to 3 years’ experience in talent departmentsUp-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technologyDegree in Psychology, HR or relatedProfessional proficiency in English, other languages (French or Italian) are positively consideredKnowledge of ExcelPrevious experience conducting presentations will be positively consideredWhat we offerHybrid model with 2 flexible days a week working from homeStable employment based on a permanent contractReal chances to grow inside a global, multicultural environment.Free snacks and well equipped facilitiesFree Health insuranceLanguage and technical training on demandFree Meal vouchersFlexible payment plan (transportation, child care)We're an equal opportunity employer.
