We are seeking an experienced and motivated Online Ads Sales Specialist (Outbound) to join our growing team.Job Description:As an Online Ads Sales Specialist (Outbound), your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through various outbound sales activities. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Your success in this role will contribute to the company's continued growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate leads and identify potential clients.Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to create interest in the company's online advertising services.Conduct research to understand the market, identify key targets, and tailor sales approaches to meet the needs of different industries.Engage with prospects to understand their business goals, challenges, and advertising needs.Present the company's advertising solutions in a compelling and professional manner, addressing client questions and concerns.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and secure new clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to campaign execution.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client information in the CRM system.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new advertising technologies to provide clients with relevant insights.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in outbound sales, ideally in online advertising or digital marketing.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.Native level of SwedishFluency in English is also required.Why Join Us:Salary: €23.300 gross/year plus attractive performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for career advancement and continuous learning.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Flexible work hours and hybrid work options.Access to state-of-the-art marketing tools and resources.Team-building events and company outings.
