You will be responsible for finding solutions to our customers requests around our software solution which is installed at several other blue-light customers around the world.
You are passionate about solving problems and offering high-class service.
You have customer-related contact daily where you run ongoing technical support issues as well as complex analyses and troubleshooting.

- Bachelors degree in Computer engineer or similar
- Knowledge in IT communication systems or similar
- Experience of working on #Windows and Linux platforms and experience with #SQLServer Active Directory is preferable.
- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies.
- English fluent (International Project)
