SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

*Job Description:*Sol de Ibiza is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Director to join our team. The Supply Chain Director will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to our customers. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.*Responsibilities:*- Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and streamline processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and minimizing disruptions.- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.- Lead supplier relationship management efforts to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of raw materials and services.- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, incorporating innovative solutions to drive competitive advantage.*Qualifications:*- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.- Proven experience (3 years) in Supply Chain Management roles, with a track record of success in optimizing supply chain operations.-Proven experience in Supply Management within the Cosmetics/Beauty or Pharmaceutical industry.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.- Experience in the consumer goods or skincare industry is a plus.*Why Join Us:*At Sol de Ibiza, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing company that is passionate about sustainability and innovation.
