YOUR MISSION In Glovo, we want to change the way consumers buy groceries, and we believe that if we want to revolutionize the industry, we need to deliver a WOW experience to our clients.
To reach this WOW effect you will be managing and coordinating one of our darkstores focusing on safety, quality, customer experience, productivity, and fun.
THE JOURNEY Be owner and manage of one of the Micro Fullfilment Center (MFC)  in Madrid, with 30 employees in charge.
Manage a team of Picker and Couriers.
Hire, train and mentor all the Team Members.
Continuously facilitate analysis and dashboards to give visibility on the performance of the main operational KPIs.
Develop MFCs business model with a 360º mindset.
Coordinate all the operations of the MFC, both on the Logistics side and the Store.
Work with a cross-functional team (Operations, CatMan, Finance, Health and Safety, Procurement) to achieve quick and flawless execution.
Lead project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced environments (Logistics, Operations, Supply, etc.).
Ability and experience to manage large work teams and lead changes.
A data-driven mentality.
taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.  Individuals representing diverse profiles, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
