Moreover, we are present in 80 countries through some 1,500 retail outlets and with more than 3.000 employees.JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Store Manager at El Corte Ingles in Plaza Cataluña (Barcelona, Spain). As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational and administrative aspects of the store, leading and motivating your team towards achieving set goals.WHAT YOU WILL DOBusiness Development Analyse the business, propose action plans to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives, improve results and support key business strategies.Partner with the Area Manager to maximise sales and margin goals; to prepare periodical reporting on competitors, product, and potential opportunities.Analyse sells through and liaise regularly with the retail coordinator on product availability and market trends to maximise productivity.Responsible for the sales and KPIs performance of the store (ATV, AUR, Conversion Rate and UPT).Develop business strategies, set achievable goals and targets and implement incentives to help boost sales.Team Management Work with the HR department in the following functions: hiring the team; identify and attract talent; quarterly, annual and performance evaluations along with the development and professional career of employees.Optimise and develop team competencies and skills through continuous training, delegation and performance evaluations.Create and foster a dynamic environment, motivate employees to maximise team spirit and promote teamwork.Set achievable goals and targets, and ensures the staff follows company guidelines and is held accountable for achieving set goals.Lead and develop a high-performance team through effective training, coaching and/or motivation activities with the help of the Training department.Plan and conduct daily and weekly in store briefings to motivate the team, set objectives and show how to reach them.Motivate team to drive results through effective training, accountability and celebrating successes.Ensure the in-store follow-up after trainings delivered on the brand, products, operations and soft skills.Support with informative and inspiring participation the new staff onboarding experience.Assure the staff is professional and knowledgeable about the company's products and related information.Customer Management & CRMEnsure high standards of customer service through constant follow-up with the team.Be a brand ambassador and role model for the team by engaging in customer interactions.Encourage team members to focus on what they would like their customers to feel during a Longchamp experience.Develop and expand customer base by capitalising on high-profile clientele and sales.Maintain an active social relationship with customers an active social relationship with customers, understanding their needs and current market changes.Support the organisation of in-store & promotional events, liaising with merchandising & PR team.Store Management and OperationsEnsure the stock and the stockroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (deliveries, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.).Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures.Ensure store visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and participate to VM set-up.Demonstrate operational excellence in all store processes including managing and balancing all related budget expenses.YOUR PROFILE2-5 years of experience in Retail Management (Luxury Experience preferred).Based in Barcelona (Spain)Studies based on Business Administration, Fashion or similar are highly valued.Languages: Spanish & English Proficiency (French or other languages valuable).Full understanding Retail Business: Business Development, VM and Store Operations.Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook), Google Workspace and management skills to operate retail outlets system.Strong Team Management skills, with the potential to develop people professionally.Strong relationships skills and ability to maintain long-term with customers.Dynamic leadership skills and the ability to inspire and unite a team.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Confidence, flexible, excellent organisation skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure, ease of multi-tasking and maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.Commercial Mindset, self-motivated, detail-oriented and entrepreneurial.Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency with KPIs.Strong team player and self-reliant at the same time.Brand ambassador and fashion lover.WHAT WE OFFERPosition: Full Time 40HContract: PermanentCompetitive salaryMonthly and annual performance bonusesGenerous holiday allowance after qualifying period (+ 5 more days after your first year + 1 more day in your second year, and so on).Private health cover after qualifying period.Employee support program: psychological assistance 24H/7, 365 days/year for the employee and their family members.Staff discountCareer development opportunities.Entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture.Inclusion & DiversityLongchamp is committed to fostering inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environments, recognizing the value of a diverse workforce in driving innovation and performance.
