* Good understanding of procedures and concepts of end-to-end Supply Chain processes; * Delivers assigned activities related to end-to-end Supply Chain processes, accurately and performed according to SLAs; * Assists in running data control processes; * Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical way and provides a transactional service to the relevant stakeholder/s, based on written SCM policies and processes; * Provides consistent advice for certain SCM processes accurately and timely, adheres to defined administration processes and ensures SCM databases/systems/tools are updated correctly; * Uses judgement to deliver assigned tasks for a certain end-to-end SCM process selecting the appropriate solution to support the business within agreed KPIs and service levels; * Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
The Senior Supply Chain Services Advisor is responsible for providing remote (e-mail, telephone etc.) support services offering advice that follows established Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and procedures to functional areas.
Spanning activities such as catalogue administration; data verifications; analysing failures and routing them accordingly for resolution and other SCM transactions using Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and tools.
Typically reports to the Supply Chain Services Manager.
