After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is homing to 200 guest rooms including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, 3 restaurants and bars including an expansive roof terrace, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail.
Role of Sous Chef.
We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Sous Chef to join our team, reporting directly to the Chef.
Our ideal Sous chef will.
- Provide leadership for kitchen by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth.
- Follow the new F&B Guidelines of Four Seasons to create memorable events for our guests - Provide service in a nice, efficient, and professional way following the Standards of the entity related to the hospitality industry under the brand «Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts».
- Be focused on the development of our team and craftmanship, bringing your personal touch and adding a creative flair to all our Kitchen experiences.
- Handles all food and products using correct hygiene and sanitation procedures in accordance to local health regulations.
