The Role We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Manager  passionate about communication to join our team.
The ideal candidate not only has to be an expert in managing online communities but also has strong design and video editing skills.
This role will require a deep understanding of social media trends and a demonstrated ability to create engaging and captivating content.
Responsibilities.
Be able to transfer our brand message to the different social media channels, adapting the pieces to the nature and trends of each one of them.
Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media, technology and digital marketing, and apply that knowledge to improve our strategies.
Create original and relevant content for our social networks, including static posts, short videos, stories and interviews.
Design graphics and visual elements to accompany social media posts and advertising campaigns, while maintaining the aesthetics and objectives of our brand.
Manage our online community and its interactions to strengthen and grow it.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts, using key metrics to improve content strategy.
Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media, technology and digital marketing, and apply that knowledge to improve our strategies.
About you Previous experience in a similar position, either in an agency, end client, or own project.
Advanced graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
Demonstrated experience in rapid video editing with mobile applications and within Social Media apps.
Strong understanding of social media trends and influencers, and experience in creating content that resonates with different audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, with experience in front of and behind the camera in interviews or interactive content with the audience on social networks.
English is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
