Implementation of these through the creation of team objectives across your CDCLeadership of all CDC teams and people, including team meetings (daily and weekly calls, objective setting, one-to-ones)Personally championing activities that build global diversity, and a strong future talent pipelineWorking with the global CDC leader, to ensure that the required personnel (capacity and capability), is in place at all times to meet customer demands.Working with the global CDC leader, creating and executing a Learning & Development plan that ensures that the required people skills & experience to are in place to deliver all current and future focused global CDC operational capabilities.Working with all other CDC leaders to create a coaching and learning environmentCreating a CDC team culture where staff performance issues are identified and appropriately addressed to that satisfaction of all stakeholders, including clientsLeading the annual performance review at all levels (Units leaders, specialist and analyst), ensuring the process stages compliance and results required by HR teamBeing an active member of the global Cyber Run leadership teamCustomer EngagementEnsuring that there is continual engagement with customers to ensure that operational and service delivery meets contractual obligations (KRI/KPI). This may be achieved through the GDC & Customer specific Delivery ManagersImplementing strong global governance mechanisms that ensure robust reviews of CDC operational performance. Surfacing global information, trends, and insight, that allows proactive improvement action to be takenEnsure your CDC is not only achieving SLA targets but is exceeding customer expectations offering additional value with constant service improvement, innovation and collaborative partnershipOrganise, manage and host, customer and prospective customer visits to your CDC, as and when requiredSupport client audit processes through the collection, review and presentation of required evidence. Then managing to conclusion any deviations (aligned with future audit time frames).Service & Delivery ExcellenceWorking with the global CDC leader, to create the global CDC operational KPI/KRI framework, also defining their measurement. And the production of semi-automated daily dashboardsWorking with the global CDC leader, to create, define, and communicate, the global CDC operational delivery framework. And ensuring consistent global Cyber Run operational delivery in line with the standardsWorking with the global CDC leader, to create, define, and communicate, all global Cyber Run standard operating procedures (SOP)Analysis of CDC operational performance to identify trends, insights and proactive action to be instigated to improve customer delivery performanceWorking with the global Cyber Run Service Delivery leader, and transition programmes to transition of significant new customers into the CDC.Technical ExcellenceEnsuring appropriate resilience of your CDC operational services in line with contractual requirements and/or industry good practiceEnsuring CDC infrastructure life cycle management (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) is in place for all CDC core servicesEnsuring Continuous Improvement, and proactive management of service functionality, playbooks, & rules, to reduce Cyber risk. Along with other CDC leaders, ensure best practice is shared across the CDCsWorking with the global Cyber Run Leadership team, Service Line, and technology partners to create strategic CDC capability development roadmapsAs a CDC expert, offer deep technical and operational support on currently deployed CDC technologies, to others.Continuous ImprovementCreating a continuous improvement and agile mindset across all CDC teams. Develop a proactive and curious mindset across all operational teamsThe continuous improvement of operational frameworks and processes across all CDC teams. Champion the use of methodologies such as AGILE, LEAN, SIX SIGMA to optimise delivery performanceWorking with the global CDC leader, the identification and implementation of global efficiency and effectiveness improvement initiatives across the CDCsThe identification and implementation of CDC automation opportunitiesEncouraging the identification of operational best practice. Creating the mechanisms to ensure operational best practices sharing and global implementation across the global CDC communityThe execution of proof of operational concept (POC) projects and trials as requiredIncorporate the Capgemini Quality Management System across the CDCTechnical/Professional ExperienceAble to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:Degree (or equivalent) educated in a relevant subjectCyber or Information Security professional certifications e.g. CISSP, CISMAgile and continuous improvementStrong analytic skills to inform effective data driven decision making on service improvement and risk reductionCyber leadership team experienceCurrent Cyber risks and threats and current and emerging Cyber mitigations (controls and mitigations)Core Competencies Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:Technical, operational and people leadership of a global CDC functionSerious cyber incident response and remediationOptimisation of CDC technologyCDC operational delivery frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOP)Development of high performing teamsDelivering continuous improvement/transformation in globally complex and dynamic technology and operational environmentsCreating a coaching and learning environment. Knowing when to offer support to others and when to step in to take personal accountabilityStrong communication and engagement skills.
