SMARTSHEET INNOVATION SPECIALIST

As part of our Professional Services - Global Project Operations team supporting deployment of HR and Finance Systems to large and medium size organizations, the Smartsheet Developer’s primary responsibility is to develop solutions using core and premium Smartsheet products to enhance our business processes.Your primary responsibility is to understand, create, support and enhance business processes by advising business and domain experts on the application of Smartsheet, focusing on formulation of potential solutions to meet our business goals. This could involve:Creating and enhancing user-friendly project and financial reporting using Smartsheet reports, dashboards and data appsConfiguring new Smartsheet objects such as new Project Management or Client reportsRe-engineering business processes to improve automation and efficiency using workflows and integrationsUnderstanding new Smartsheet features and advising how best apply them to our existing installationCapitalizing on Smartsheet partners and APIs e.g. Bridge, Jira, Salesforce, Docusign to integrate and improve data flows across the businessAs a member of our Smartsheet change board, evaluate the impact of changes and specify the requirements for changes and additions to our Smartsheet installationYou will also be responsible forSupporting the Smartsheet Administration team withday to day Smartsheet support queries that may require escalationoversight of Smartsheet system administration, access and securityProviding a suite of regular report / dashboard items to managementSupporting the adoption and training of Smartsheet users across the businessYou will be supported by a team of project coordinators, our Smartsheet Administration team and our Smartsheet user groupRequirements: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Experience Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies EssentialBachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experienceExperience of developing Smartsheet solutions for a medium to large sized businessAdvanced Excel and strong knowledge of MS Office SuiteUnderstanding of Project Management processes and tools – including planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management frameworks, change control frameworks, sign-off proceduresAnalytical skills, able to work with project and financial information such as time tracking information or forecasts vs actual reportsAbility to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audienceFluent English skills (C1 at minimum if not a native speaker)PREFERRED (but Not Essential)Smartsheet Certified in Core and Premium AppsUnderstanding of software development lifecycles gained by working in a structured project environmentWork ExperienceExperience working at a highly technical level with Smartsheet core and premium productsExperience of building integrations to enhance data flows across multiple technologiesExperience working in a virtual team-oriented, collaborative, multinational environmentExcellent spoken and written communication skillsExperience working in busy environments balancing multiple tasksWhat we offer:Health Insurance (optional)Life InsuranceFlexible Compensation Plan: FCP products include Restaurant, Transportation, Kindergarten and Training Language Courses: 75% Language lessons (valued at a max. 100€ per month for 12 months.Work from home allowance Interesting career development opportunities within companyFlexible WorkingSo that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
