Job Description We are looking for a motivated Shop Operations Specialist (all genders) for our Portuguese market! Join our Shop Ops Team and contribute to zooplus' success.
Your tasks.
Optimizing the online shop and increasing sales and profitability through operational tasks (activating new products, optimizing product description text, assigning products to the right product groups) Ensuring the quality of product descriptions and images as well as optimizing product descriptions in terms of SEO Planning, briefing and uploading banners, creating landing pages and content pages Creating products and promotions and performing content updates and other optimizations Translating various website content elements (marketing texts, product descriptions etc.) Cooperation with the departments in international locations Qualifications Excellent knowledge of Portuguese and English General marketing or commercial knowledge or relevant work experience Very good communication skills, self-organization and the ability to prioritize tasks A strong quality consciousness, clear focus on results and implementation skills Interest in e-commerce and pet industry would be an advantage Additional Information With more than passionate professionals located across 10 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
Expect to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues in different locations remotely.
