We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking SEO Manager who can support us globally from a tech and off-page perspective, and help us develop and execute the on-page strategy for all countries.In this role, you will 📌:Be on top of SEO performance, suggesting and implementing best practices. Understand challenges and opportunities in main markets and identify actions towards improvements.Track, monitor and report performance: keyword visibility/traffic, authority, web health and the impact of those in conversion and retention. Manage several projects in different languages, developing a strong relationship with different stakeholders, including multilingual copywriters (internal and external)Lead on-page strategy and execution: Analyse organic competitionWork on keyword gap analysisPerform keyword researchCreate clear briefs for content optimisationAssist with the creation of optimised copies (preferably in Italian, Portuguese, French or Ukrainian).Edit/upload website content via CMS & Cat ToolsLead off-page strategy and execution:Improve website authority (search engine trust)Optimise and increase the backlink profileBrainstorm and generate creative link-building ideas to develop and implement themLead technical SEO strategy and execution:Conduct technical SEO audits to identify optimisation opportunitiesFix basic technical errorsWork closely with the development team, recommending technical improvements and overseeing implementationsCoordinate and monitor actions that may have an impact on our visibility, such as redirections and migrationsWhat you need to be successful💡:+3 years experience in an SEO role (desirably in a multilingual company/agency)Experience with website analysis using SEO tools: Crawlers (i.e. Screaming Frog) and analytics/marketing platforms (Semrush / Ahrefs)Understanding of Google Marketing/Reporting tools – Analytics, AdWords, Looker Studio, Trends & Search Console.Experience using Microsoft Office and/or the Google Doc suiteExperience managing content in different CMSs (content management systems)Ability to generate creative ideas that attract attention (traffic) on the websiteAbility to analyse data to provide impactful recommendations and decisionsVery close attention to detail with the ability to detect and correct grammar/spelling errorsStrong project management skills.
