om/     The Senior Supervisor – Preventive Maintenance and Reliability leads a team of technicians responsible for asset management, quality compliance, and production equipment availability through proper maintenance and good engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities.
Serve as a Credo-based people leader and change agent to improve maintenance planning and scheduling and asset management.
Mentor, coach, and supervise Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Reliability technicians responsible for asset management, quality compliance, and equipment availability.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory policies & procedures.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, including disciplinary actions.
Create weekly work schedules to support planned maintenance activities and PM Compliance.
Coordinate maintenance execution with schedulers.
Identify, plan, and implement improvements to the preventive maintenance and reliability program.
Coordinate teams of technicians as vital for completion of projects.
Provide technical engineering support, guidance, and mentorship to the PM & Reliability Team.
Ensure technicians maintain quality, safety, and skills training compliance.
Drive improvement through nonconformance (NC) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Education.
A minimum of a Vocational or Technical certificate is required Experience and Skills.
Required.
A minimum of 4 years manufacturing or related field experience  A minimum of 2 years front line supervisory experience Ability to lead in an empowered team environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred.
An Associates Degree or higher Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical field Previous experience in a Maintenance & Reliability organization Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environment (FDA, ISO, cGMP compliance) Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
