SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams (e.
., business stakeholders, business analysts, architecture, technical delivery, legal/compliance, and finance) to define solutions and benefits cases, and ensure overall project objectives are met.
What are you going to do in Allianz? Manage end-to-end projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are met.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and calls with project teams and clients.
Employ Agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery processes.
What does Allianz need from you? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Consulting or similar roles.
Experience and background in project management, with a strong track record.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Analytical profile, with the ability to synthesize information and agile adaptation to change.
High level of English proficiency.
fluent/negotiation.
Knowledge of suppliers is highly valued.
Technical knowledge of IT systems and processes.
Dedication to excellence in service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate vision into strategic plans.
